Bold grapefruit & herbal-pine character - a celebration of Talus. Pleasantly full-bodied, balanced by assertive bitterness.

Copenhagen 0/12 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Alle, Frb. F. Light yellow can with a red Dragonfly hovering above a flower.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a 2 cm thick fluffy layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a herbal scent of tea and a bit of citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Chamomile. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Bitter Indian Pale ale with a herbal touch.
