We joined forces with our new friends, Barona (Portugal), to create this Hazy IPA with ripe pineapple & peach notes, plus a hint of blueberry.

Copehagen 15/2 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. A big wave approaching the coast with a rising (or setting) sun in the background.
Pours unclear, almost hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a light sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with a stronger citric scent. Nectarine and apricots. Grapefruit and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a srong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
A nice and bitter wave.
