Copenhagen 24/4 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. A red desert under a very blue sky. Lizards and skulls having a ball.
Pours slightly unclear, pale yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with tone fruits. Citric notes. a bit sharp. Sweet pale malts with a hint of caramel, Peach. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture
Flavor is fairly intense with s id sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is bone-dry.
Dry as a desert.
