Our Oatmeal Stout is silky smooth like the jaguar it is named after. It begins with roasted malt and barely which we combine with locally sourced oats to give the beer the unique complexity with a Mayan touch. The low-tomild hop aroma yields to roasted beans and coffee. In the glass it is a brown-black color and keeps a long, thick, and creamy head. The mouth feel is medium-dry, yet sweet on the palate. We have roasted our malt to achieve the perfect balance between milk chocolate and creamed coffee. The low alcohol lends itself towards enjoying several on a cool Caribbean evening.
