I have a great deal of appreciation for what the folks at Folly are doing and this, like everything else I've tried of theirs, shows the hand of an exceptionally competent brewer, but man oh freaking man is this particular combination not working for me. Centennial and Cascade hops belong in American-style ales, not Saisons. This is like breeding a cat with a donkey. N.O. spells nuh-uh.
