Purchased a sample and served at 7deg C in a wine glass
A- Pours a small 1/2" head that lasts for nearly 2mins before film out. Very dark brown almost black colour.
S- Sour and brett based
T- Sour and delicious. The brett shines through super berry good. Complex and changes as it warms. Very nice character. That mouth watering sensation hits you on first sip. Very enjoyable
M- Dry and tart
O- Very delicious and tasty good. Will buy again if I see it and worth a drive to the brewery
Food Pairing
This wonderful little brew went well with....... BBQ hamburger with sweet potato fries. I liked it with goat cheese and caramelized onions.
Enjoy!

Not an RIS- this is a black Brett-infused ale with blackberries. Nose is nice and blackberry heavy. Taste gets the Brett, quite dry with lots of blackberry, as well as some anise. I wasn't sure about this one at first, but it grew on me. Good.
