This beer is labelled as Dubbel, but it isn't. It's clearly a sour.
Pours as rusty brown, with a momentary head.
The nose is sour with notes of plum and figs.
The taste is sour and tart. While there are some allusion to a Belgian Dubbel, the sourness quickly clears things up.
The style is not my favourite, but even so, I had better...and actually Belgian.
This is a decent attempt though for the enthusiasts.
