Promising look with a light orange haze and a lot of fluffy foam. Nice taste of spring blossom with some malt and yeast. Taste is a bit disappointing though: the blossom is still there, but the yeast got a lot more dominant, making the beer a lot less spring-like all of a sudden. Nice bitterness in the finish nevertheless. Easy quaffable and refreshing. Could have been a lot better if they manage to subdue the yeast flavour though.

33cl bottle. Hazy orange with a white head. Smells like cheese and citrus, with a harsh medicinal bitterness. Could be a bad bottle.

This beer is brewed with flower blossoms. The floral aroma works good but the taste is spicy and very bitter, also vegetal. Not really working well together. I am not a fan ofvthis offering.
