A - Pours a clear copper colour, with a White head that retains well
S - Big piney hop aromas, with some citrus
T- This is a really well balanced DIPA. It has the classic East Coast DIPA characteristics, but the booze is well hidden.
M - Medium body with medium to full carbonation.
O - Recommended

Bought as part of my Covid-19 survival pack from my friendly neighbourhood beer bar.
Served in my trusty "Seef" tumbler.
Small head, no lacing, short lived.
Colour is hazy caramel.
Scent gives sweet en salt malts with strong citrus hops and roasted chestnuts.
Flavour is powerful. Artificial lemon bubblegum with salty caramel. Alcohol present in the room. Clean hops.
Mouthfeel is slightly sticky. High alcohol warms the chest.
A bit high on the carbonation front.
Aftertaste is less bitter. Mouthfeel still sticky and overall more dry. lingering flavour is still salty sweet with vinegar acidity and something cereal. Never out of balance.

Served in a Tulip from the glass.
Appearance: Touch hazy amber with medium bubbles creating a white head rising a notch below one finger's length
Smell: Floral aroma which hits the nostrils like a like a hammer.
Taste: Sweet complex taste. Malts become addicting like orange and caramel with doses of hops.
Mouth: Sticky, full body with bread and rye note. Call me crazy but that comex dry finish becomes you're best friend.
Overall: Good brew and yes bringing it back to the States. Salud.
