Poured at fridge temp. The nose is orange peel, raisins, honey, apricots, lemon, and slight caramel. Fairly light on the nose.
The taste is super smooth. Leather, white wine, slight bitterness from hops or orange peel, oak, raisins. The white wine is definitely a bit dominant. Really interesting overall.

Sweet and unique, this comes together really well. The alcohol is very well masked, tasted blind I doubt that I would have identified this as barrel aged. There is a vague vinous quality up front that is quickly brushed aside by sugary notes of tea, citrus, raisins, and caramel. The sugar lingers into the finish with a bit of bitter pine and what could be a woody note. I'm liking this a lot, thanks Tim!
