It's been a while since we released a beer in this series of bottled beers, but now it's finally here. We proudly present Bottle Brew 4.
This time we've brewed a heavy Imperial Stout of no less than 15%. To achieve this high alcohol percentage, we boiled the wort for a whole day. This gives this beer a very intense flavour. Expect hints of chocolate, coffee and even liquorice in this thick stout. The beer is bottled in a beautiful 75cl bottle, ideal for sharing or serving on a special occasion.

Served in a goblet from the bottle here at cervecerÃa Esparte in Conil, Spain.
Appearance: Super dark opaque brew coming off like crude motor oil.
Smell: molasses on roids, not a bad thing.
Taste: Sweet and strong brown sugar. Comes off a little boozy which could make someone sway the other way.
Mouth: Thick body with a ridiculous strong after taste. Soft carbonation.
Overall: Honestly this brew is a gem. You can fall in lust work this dessert real easily. It's one of those made for the ones who love to indulge in devil's food cake with no consequences. Salud!
