(AP) The beer has a darker amber color.
The foam is light beige medium bubbles in amounts.
The foam disappears very slowed, leaving much trace.
* Became a bit much foam, it took quite some time before it fell away.
(A) The fragrance will rye until thoroughly combined with some roasted sweet malt.
Is a little sweet with dried fruit, then comes the little hops.
A little lemon peel & orange, with some dark bread and some spices.
(T) taste is a little semi-sweet and have a certain maltighet, even rye breaks through.
Some roasted tones, then we have a little caramel, bread and some spices.
In the end, it's a bit fruity notes of lemon and in the background we find the little orange.
(P) medium rich body.
High carbonation, malt sweetness throughout.
Lovely light marked bitterness towards the end which remained just long.
