Poured from 16oz can into pint glass in July 2022, that I purchased at their brewery. I did not see a canned date on the can or label but there was a stamp of 1/19/2022 on the 4-pack holder. I drank this about 1 month after purchase.
Appearance: Very dark and opaque black with a 2 finger head. Head was tan, and thins out after a couple of minutes. It left a little lacing on the glass, more than most imperial stouts.
Smell: Strong coffee aroma as expected by the name. Some chocolate. There is some additional sweetness like vanilla as well. Not much hop aroma. The coffee dominates.
Taste: There is strong coffee flavors along with some chocolate and a little caramel flavor. Maybe a little vanilla flavor as well. Flavors are very bold. There is a strong alcohol presence that matches 9.3% on the label. A strong coffee aftertaste, that is really enjoyable.
Mouth-feel: Thick, but with an extremely smooth and creamy body.
This is a good barrel aged Imperial Stout, and it has a variety of flavors that adds a nice complexity to the beer. It is very smooth and enjoyable to drink. I look forward to comparing this to their 'Belly Of The Beast' stout.

Can from The Tuckaway. Fairly clear inky black color with a thin short lived off white head. Roasty earthy with bits of chocolate. Not as much coffee as I was expecting

Poured into my new 16 KBS Snulip not sure when it was bottled. Pours a very attractive slick black with a massive 4 fingers sticky mocha head that leaves thick layers of lace all over the place.
Smell is roasty coffee grounds, dark chocolate, vanilla, and toffee.
Taste follows very one dimensional in the best way imaginable, expresso, dark chocolate, vanilla, and toffee.
Mouthfeel is almost large, gentle carbonation, dry, and for 9.3% ABV very drinkable.
Overall this is a very good coffee stout, wow very impressed with this local gem.
