From the 16 oz. can acquired at the brewery. Sampled the same day on Nov 23, 2019.
Gorgeous dark brown to jet black pour with a moderate tan head that laces as it fades slowly.
The aroma is roasted chocolate, mashed veggies (probably the potatoes), a burnt ash note, and a subtle floral scent/
The mouthfeel is soft, medium, and smooth.
The flavor is at first sweet, alive with chocolate, and creamy or milky and then there's this mild floral finish. I love potatoes but I don't get that in the taste so much. Still, it is a very nice dry stout. Glad I bought a 4-pack. More to enjoy.

Can from a Lazy Dog
Solid darkest of brown with a good sized frothy tan head that persists. Rich roasty and light chocolate with bits of dried fruit and earth to counter. Light grainy mouthfeel. A little sweet for a dry stout but its a damn fine beer.
