I had a 12oz pour of this at The Rock on Saturday, 09NOV19. Cost was $9.00.
Served in a small snifter, it was jet black, with a beige head. Foam was mostly along the rim, with light lacing. Nose had distinct coffee notes mixed in with the roasty malts. Body was medium, and it was fairly smooth.
Flavor had dark choco, coffee, a bit of molasses, a hint of vanilla, and some subtle bourbon action. In the finish was found a light bit of floral hopping. A solid brew. Prosit!
