The Brewers Collective is proud to present Long Islands first commercially produced gruit ale. This spring seasonal is a modern take on the gruit recipes of old. By definition, a gruit is an ale that uses herbs as its main flavor ingredients in place of (or sometimes in conjunction with) hops. Brewed with just a touch of NYS hops. A flower garden in a glass!
