On tap at St Augustine’s, Vancouver.
Pale blonde with white crust that sheets. 4
Kumquat, Juicyfruit, and apricot nose - interesting. 4.25
Toasty grain up front, harsh lemon rind, unripe papaya and evergreen hops. 4
Rind wax finish and mint leaf linger.
Lt-med, crisp, fizzy. 3.75
Cuts hard - this hop has dimensions, but IBUs, too. Malts step back to let both the fruit and harsh show through. Enough going on to justify this as a distinctive new hop. And no flaws - interested in this brewery now. 4
