Probably the best beer I have had from them. On the thinner side. Kind of their attempt at an IPA, and easonably drinkable with hop flavour, I think some C hop in a melange. A bit of decent hop aroma. A lighter amber colour. At Bar Volo Cask Day 2006.

sampled on cask as part of the volo cask days 2006. thanks to ralph and all involved for putting together an awesome fest.
pours a cloudy golden colour with a moderate head.
nice malt with a good hoppiness level. grapefruit and citrus hops.
moderate bitterness and an ok malt base. slight lingering sweetness in the finish, maybe a little more than i'd like, but ok for the style.
mouthfeel is ok. a little thinner than i'd like.
drinkability is decent. an interesting beer.
