Adam brewed this with cascade and tettnang from the USA. A bit of colour from the cask, and initial bubbles.A bit of citrus hop aroma. Complex bitterness that is interesting and most drinkble. Superior cask ale. I repeatedly heard from more mature drinkers to the tune that this should be the one more readily available about town. Low carbonation even from a cask.
