Appearance: Poured from a brown 330ml glass bottle at one of the Dishoom restaurants in London. Drank from a room temperature non-beer glass. The label material was rough, almost sandpaper like, giving it a rugged and masculine feel that at first seems unnecessary until the consumer takes the time to read the label. There is a definition of "Dishoom" followed by a minor history of IPA. The label also notes being brewed by Mondo Brewing Company in London. The beer itself is golden and hazy. Great head production and very persistent lacing on the glass.
Aroma: Strong notes of citrus rind. Orange and tangerine. Cream.
Taste: Light amounts of ordinary citrus that don't quite ring the bell of "tropical fruit". However, the attempt at tropical fruit is noticeable. Moderate bitterness. Spice and vanilla. Faint notes of orange creamsicle.
Feel: The right carbonation for the style. On the sticky side though.
Overall: Good complexity for an IPA. It certainly held its weight against some strong food dishes.
Pairing: As the restaurant attested and all previous drinkers insisted, this beer paired perfectly with spicy Indian food.

Poured a bottle at yes, Dishoom. Appears very cloudy yellow with a full white head and heavy spotted lacing. Big citrus and melon in both the smell and taste. Nose has peach, taste light hop bitters. Decently wet for an ipa, hops are light and lean juicy. Refreshing little ipa that did indeed pair well with the indian food

330ml bottle from Dishroom, Edinburgh (£5.90):
Bright yellow with orange tinges & cloudy body & a patchy bubbly lacing on top. It's fruity & faintly tropical with some mango & peach on the nose, touches of citrus & apricot too with a nice balance. The taste is similar, mango & peach, some citrus & pineapple too with a few light hops & faint biscuit base. It's a fruity, semi-sweet beer with a good balance that goes down quickly.
