Really nice work between Mondo and Unity. This beer poured into an inappropriate hotel glass (I'm on vacation damit) came out nice and cloudy. The hops hit you in the front and the spelt flavor which I like comes through in the taste at the end. Would I buy it again? If I moved to the UK I would lobby for this to be more than just a one-off.
