A: The beer is essentially jet black in color, having only traces of dark brownish red near the edges of the glass when held up to a bright light. It poured with a tan head that died down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of chocolate are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of flavors of chocolate along with notes of sweetness and hints of roasted malts.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, smooth and a bit thin on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is quite flavorful for a light-bodied stout. It can definitely be considered sessionable.
