February 2017: 330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%, EBU 60. Black colour, small beige head. Pleasant aroma of roast malts, chocolate and fruity and piney hops, a hint of vanilla. The flavour is on the dry side, distinctly roasty with notes of strong coffee and burnt grain, loads of resinous bittering hops (too bitter) in the aftertaste.
