Bottled Nov 4, 2019, enjoyed in Mexico.
Pours a light fizzy head with lower retention, almost no lacing, mostly clear golden honey color
Nose light golden sweet malt, some corn DMS and a touch of cooked vegetables, light herbal hop
Taste brings more cooked vegetables and DMS corn, maybe even a little diacetyl buttery popcorn, light golden sweet malt, little herbal hop
Mouth is med bod, over carbonated, slight slick diacetyl
Overall obvious issues, seems to have continued to ferment in the bottle and didn't attenuate enough before they bottled, possibly rushed the brewing as well

Taste: crackers, crisp caramel malts. Same with the nose. Pale golden hue, mostly clear, with a white head and some lace. Light body. Like a blonde ale. 27 IBUs

This was an interesting beer I tasted for the first time.
(L) The hue is dark golden, almost light brown, like apple juice. It is somewhat clear but also a bit cloudy with a thick fizzy white head.
(A) The aroma is bread/malty somewhat sweet.
(T) The taste is malty, citrus, tangerine and grapefruit.
(F) It was quite fizzy but refreshing.

Picked up a single at Walmart in downtown Cancun. Consumed at my resort a day later. Over carbed, a bit gushed. Took about 3 mins for the head to go down to put the rest of the bottle into the glass. Cerveza like scent, not sure what to expect. Malt forward on the taste. Not something I'd come back to, I kinda feel sorry for craft enthusiasts in this area, as the options are limited and what iv tasted that's available isn't that great.

A nice Golden Ale from Albur Cervezeria in Guadalupe. Light-medium body with golden yellow-orange color. My bottle contained much sediment, which made it appear cloudy like a snow globe after pouring. Moderate sweetness with notes of tangerine and apricot. A very approachable beer. Leaves a clean, dry finish on the palate. Reminds me of American summer blonde, but with some hops to balance it out (27 IBU). Good effort by Albur.
