Dreamtime is a hazy, New England-style IPA featuring Vic Secret and Ella hops from Australia. Expect an eruption of clean passionfruit and pineapple notes tempered by light pine, delicate floral and subtle herbal notes. Crack a Dreamtime NEIPA, and breathe deep the stardust of your ancestors.

Head was thick. Color is a cloudy amber. Smells a little citrusy. Taste is light citrus and a little nutty. 13oz draft @ The Fix Burger Bar in Worcester, MA.

Underrated. Down the Road has some fine beers. Competitive market here in Eastern Massachusetts. Affordable, tasty, and well worth it. Oh, and great artwork on the labels! That's always a huge plus for me.

A- Tallboy pours into a tulip with a slightly cloudy golden body and a two finger creamy white head. Mostly spotty lace around the glass.

S- Kind of yeasty and estery off the top which was not really expected in this style at all. Generic bitter orange oils and peels with a suggestion of medium sweetness and light malts.

T- Something definitely seems off with this ferment. Extremely bitter and astringent opening with a solventy flavor coating the palate with bitter orange, pine and grapefruit hops. Really harsh on the palate and no semblance of balanced beer. Apples and pears also come out with some yeast bread.

MF- Medium bodied with a slickness on the palate and just a very intense bitter grip on the taste buds. A slight frothy texture and a medium level of carbonation.

All over the place as the yeast seemed to get out of control here and the hops seem like a mixed bag that has a hard time coinciding with that yeast.
