A collaboration NE Dipa between Track and Northern Monk. This is one is fermented with New England yeast and brewed with malt barley, oat and spelt.
It pours a hazy gold to amber body with a nice white head. Good lacing all along
Aroma of melon, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, peach and mixed cereals biscuit.
The taste follows with a few diacetyl notes, a big herbal bitterness and a grapefruity citrus character.
Juicy and moderatly carbonated.
Overall a nice and original offering which innovates on the cereal bill.
