This beer has a stupid amount of fruit in it! How much you ask? How about a quarter of a ton! We blended blueberry, blackberry & raspberry into our imperial gose base and brought to life this behemoth of a beer. It's got a huge hit of jammy berry fullness and a refreshing tartness which works with the fruit to leave you feeling like you've been taken to another realm where blueberries, blackberries & raspberries dance and frolic in perfect harmony.

Copenhagen 6/1 2021. 44 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Light blue can with yellow, black and orange paint splatterings. Very artistic.
Pours murky dark burgundy with a small, bubbly, pink head. Disappears after a few seconds. Thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with sharp sour notes. Raspberry and blueberry. Sweet lactose. Sour gooseberries and currants. Citrus.
Fairly strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong sourness with a light salty touch. Aftertaste is sour and slightly acerbic. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Nice one. They manage to balance the flavoring against the sourness.

On-tap at Beer + Burger Kings Cross, London, England
A: The beer is very hazy purplish red in color. It poured with a short pink head that died down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of blueberries and blackberries are present in the nose along with hints of vanilla.
T: The taste is a bit sweet and sour with flavors of blackberries and vanilla and hints of raspberries.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, creamy, and a bit tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is deceptively drinkable considering its strength. It makes for a good dessert beer with the sweetness and vanilla.
Serving type: on-tap
