Copenhagen 3/1 2021. 44 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Geometrical figures in different shades of orange and red on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet odor of exotic fruit mingling with a sharp citric scent. Hints of mustard and wasabi. Mango and peach. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a prominent sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Dry finish.
As potent and intense as a DIPA. Good one.
