A stunning collab with our best buds Greencheek. Using our simplest grist consisting of 100% German pilsner malt we've created a super clean base that showcases classic qualities of bready delicate honey. Simcoe provides the moderate kettle hop bitterness with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Strata providing layers of pithy lemon, freshly cut grass and muted yet balanced stone fruit notes. Green, floral finishing notes with a lingering, resinous bitterness.

Quite a clear, bright amber with a thin, foamy lacing that's slightly patchy. It's semi bitter on the nose with pine hops, a subtle sweetness & some floral notes. It's quite sharp with more pine hop flavours, some citrus & grapefruit with some oily hops to finish. It's quite dry & bitter with moderate carbonation & a light to. medium body.
