Copehagen 24/4 2025. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Blue and silver can in Track Brewings usual design.
Pours opaque unclear golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as thin patches of foam floating about. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet, fruity odor brimming with overripe notes with a hint of decay. Subtle scent of citrus fruits. Mango, Papaya and Passion fruit. Tart Tangerine and Lime.
Low carbonation Medium thick, oily, soft. slightly thick, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness- Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a long while, Finish is rather dry.
Fine fermented and fruity.
