Copenhagen 30/4 2025. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Steel cn with a dark label with smoldering fires.
Pours clear dark mahogany with a big off-white head. Fluffy and stable. Settles as a thin but frothy layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Massive lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet toasted and maltyodor mingling with citric notes. Toadted dark mats, biscuits and a bit of toffee. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a somewhat stronger citric bitterness.b Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Sweet biscuits meets tart citrus fruit
