Copenhagen 11/4 2024. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Color confused can in green, yellow and pink with a metallic sheen. Tracks spiky logo in the centre.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is rather intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruits mingling with a prominent citric, tart scent. Sweet peach and mango. Grapefruit, citrus concentrate and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry and a bit searing.
Tart and bitter.
