Having sampled a few world-class beers over the past year or so with a new hop varietal called Peacherine, we knew we had to get some. We managed to get a small amount that became part of the hop bill for Touch, our 9th Birthday DDH IPA.
Working very closely with our hop supplier, Freestyle Hops, we were lucky enough to get some fresh harvest Peacherine air frighted over to us all the way from New Zealand, and brewed a single hopped Double IPA.
Expect massive flavours of Peaches & Nectarines, with a bright lime finish - this beer is a joy to drink.

Cloudy, white hued gold color. Foamy head which leaves an initial wide ring of lace with thinner streaks after that.
Lightly weedy with a paler malt nose. A bit of brioche, butter. Classic NEIPA smell.
Round and slightly sweet. There’s apricot and orange rind prior to the grassy hop appearance in the swallow. Light alcohol warmth. Full bodied with a lower level of carbonation. The finish is literally bittersweet and leaves a decent length aftertaste. This beer remains balanced throughout the tasting (and afterwards).

Pours a very dense yellow, tight head dissipates relatively quickly.
Smell is peachy citrus.
Taste is the same.
Smell is pretty potent, but taste is more subdued than hopped.
Feel is amazing, smooth creamy without being heavy.
