Copenhagen 8/4 2025. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Black can with a small circle with acolorful patterne on the center.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a big white head, Stable. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a nice, fruity sweet odor mingling with a stronger zesty and citric scent. Sweet pale malts, Peach and ripe Mango. Sweet oranges. Tart Grapefruit and Lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick. oily, a bit viscous, soft and lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Sweet and a bit fermented but headstrong

Opaque straw yellow.
Smell is tropical citrus and dank
Taste is the same. Nice to have some more standard, but well done flavour. Bit tired of all the Southern hemisphere hops.
Feel is nice and smooth, especially for a neipa.
