Copenhagen 6/4 2025. 44 cl Can from Best of Beers webshop. Black Can with a circle with a shimmering pattern.
Pours opaque hazy yellow with a small White head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a mild odor of ripe Stone fruits soon overpowered by sharp Citrus fruit. Peach and Mango. Grapefruit and Lemon. A bit sharp and tart.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit searing. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.

Smell is light nelson with some citrus backbone. Unfortunately a bit light.
Flavour is the same, but again too light for the style. Slight sweet tinge, but not much more.
Feel is creamy, but a tad too carbonated
