Copenhagen 19/5 2025. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Track's usual birthday brand design with a big light blue en purple hovering sphere as motif.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a small white head, Stable. Settles as thin patches of foam floating about. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is intense with a sweet odor of fermented Tropical fruits mingling with sharp and zesty citrus fruit. Sweet mango and peach. Pineapple. Hints of sulphur. Grapefruit and lemon
Light carbonation. medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong and searing bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingering. Finish is bone-dry.

Smell is fruity and spicy with notes of citrus, melon, pineapple, gooseberries, peach cobbler and white pepper
Taste is fruity and intense. Soft bitterness and notes of pineapple, gooseberries, pepper, melona dn mango with some spicy hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific DIPA.
