Copenhagen 10/5 2025. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Can in Track's Birthday design with a little cluster of shimmering blue spheres,
Pours opaque, milky, slightly dirty, golden yellow with a small white head, A bit bubbly. Settles as a paper thin layer of foam trying in vain to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, rich odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with zesty Citrus fruit. Mango and peach. Hint of fermentation Grapefruit and lime. Whiff of turpentine.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong and a little searing bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a tart streak. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
A splendid way to celebrate a 10 year Birthday.

Pours a hazy light orange with fine head.
Smell is juicy and fruity with notes of peach, orange juice, mang and gooseberries with some spicy hints.
Taste is juicy, fruity and a bit dank. Notes of orange juice, gooseberries, melon and pepper with a soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medum, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrifc NE DIPA with nice balance.
