Old faithful Extra Pale malt supported by a duo of oats in malted & rolled forms as well as malted wheat form the full bodied foundation of this DIPA. The juice factor is supplied by Mosaic, Strata & Idaho 7 Cryo in the dry hop charge which bring blasts of mandarin, honeydew melon & sweet, luxurious nectarine. House LAIII yeast brings its unique mouthfeel & hop-boosting characteristics. Finishing with a slight bitterness & a lingering orange gummy bear stickyness, this is a toothsome delight!

Copenhagen 29/1 2021. 44 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Strange painting showing cones of warm light fading into blue on the can.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense worth a sweet fermented odor of exotic fruit mingling with sharp citrus fruit. Mango and peach. Whiff of alcohol. Grapefruit and citrus. Light touch of sharp mustard.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, smooth, a bit creamy, lightly tinging texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness Aftertaste is bitter with a pleasant sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry
Quite light for a DIPA in the alcohol department. But intense, smooth and well-balanced.
