Using Extra Pale malt as a base, we’ve carefully layered malted wheat & jumbo oats for a fuller, smooth body as well as a tickle of Vienna malt.

Copenhagen 11/1 2021. 44 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Pink can with weird thin spirals mingling between each other.
Pours opaque, hazy pale yellow with a big white head. Settles as thin almost transparent layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a fruity sweet odor mingling with light and pleasant citric notes. Peach and hints of mango. Citrus fruit and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, smooth, soft, silken, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with bitter undertone. Finish is semi-dry.
Well balanced, smooth and very pleasant. Like driving in a very expensive car.
