HBC 1019 now has a name after spending nine years as an experimental hop variety, so we thought it was high time that Dolcita became the latest hop to have its moment in the Dreaming Of spotlight. Its multidimensional flavour profile bounces from caramelised pineapple to ripe orange to tinned peach to dark rum, with coconut cream sweetness between it all.
