We've enjoyed getting to know the folks at Schilling over the past year; we poured alongside each other at various festivals, brewed our Dunkel, Reise, together, and they kindly invited us down to pour at their Oktoberfest in Littleton, New Hampshire. So it's great to have them be part of this years' Welcome To The Neighbourhood and as the fifth collaborator in our 2025 Digital Neighbourhood series.
We've created a Vienna Lager that's very much in keeping with the classic European-style brewing that Schilling are best known for - toasty, bready, biscuit notes from a traditional malt base, Hallertau Tettnanger in the boil for that herbal, spicy, noble character, and a clean, smooth finish.

Pours a clear amber with fine, soft head.
Smell is bready and a bit floral with notes of brown bread, knäckebröd, rye, toast and honey.
Taste is rich and bready with a hint of sweetness. Notes of brown bread, toast, rye, caramel and honey with some floral hints and a moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a fantastic, super drinkable Vienna lager.
