Nelson, Strata and Mosaic unleash a vivid cascade of citrus, tropical and berry fruit flavour onto this soft and juicy IPA. Fresh, puckering gooseberry and sauvignon blanc grape meet flashes of lime, passionfruit and pineapple, before it mellows into strawberry, mango, blueberry and a heady herbal note on the finish.

Copenhagen 17/5 2026. 44 cl can from Øltanken web-shop- Steel grey can with a colorful winding stripe and Track Brewing's characteristic logo.
Pours opaque, golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor stop fruit mingling with a sharp and citric scent. Dry vibe. Sweet peach and a whiff of mango. Dry tart grapefruit and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
It might not have wings but it is tart and bitter.
