16oz glass fro a 32oz crowler filled 3/25/22.
L: Pours a lightly hazed caramel copper with a thin off white creamy head that dissipates quickly to edge foam. Low carbonation, some skeletal lacing.
S: Malty, grains, caramel, slightly earthy.
T: Caramelized malts, lightly sweet. Sort of lackluster. Flavors are muddled and kind of murky.
F: Thick, glassy, creamy heavy-bodied mouth feel with a med-fast semi-clean finish.
O: Okay. Not very distinctive. Not a lot of depth in flavor but is creamy NTL.

Pours a cloudy gold/carbonation bubbled drink. Taste is watery, not much flavour for a creme ale. Has some sour/tartness to it, but overall a pass from me. On tap at brewery.

Hazy amber colour. Creamy and fruity nose, lactase, and a little funk. Creamy body and fruity yeasts; it tastes like it smells. Lactase, slightly sour palate and lingering mild sour funk.

a very basic cream ale here, on the edge of tasting like nothing more than a very light american blonde. these are not the kinds of beers that make me excited about visiting a brewery, but sometimes the palate just needs a simple beer, not a conversation piece or an intellectual challenge, just a glass of ale to suck down and take it all in. this is wonderful for that, creamy headed and crystal clear golden, aroma of fresh pale barley, some biscuity ale yeast, and a dash of honey sweetness right in the middle. the flavor is about the same, although there really isnt much yeast character to this, its pretty darn simple. lighter medium bodied, and the sweetness carries all the way through from the middle to the finish, lifted on by upbeat carbonation that really helps the drinkability of this one. i only had a couple of beers in here, but i actually liked this one better than any others. its simple and easy and clean, and without any turn offs. sometimes simple beer like this can be the most exposed, i thought they did a great job with it, and if you like cream ales or blondes, this will surely satisfy you.
