This holy roller smells and tastes like a dank, ripe strawberry patch. Hopped with Simcoe, Citra, and Strata. This is not a Hazy NEIPA, not a West Coast IPA. It’s Transcendent.

16oz glass from a crowler can filled 3/25/22.
L: Pours dark medium hazed apricot color w/a frothy, fluffy off white creamy & rocky head w/good retention & a tall cap. Low carbonation. Random sticky lacing.
S: Citrus, citrus zest, mango, pineapple, caramelized malts, a suggestion of crackery bread. Fruity & tropical.
T: Overripe orange, citrus zest, pineapple, mango, light bread notes and a firm plateau of caramelized malt.
F: Semi-juicy, creamy, soft & plush medium to med-heavy bodied meaty mouth feel and a med-length non-drying finish.
O: This American IPA has a well rounded tropical flavor, good balance, solid malting and is moderately sweet. It is excellent in it's style.
