Picked up this 16 oz. can – haven’t had anything packaged from Wabasha to date. Picked up two other as well. Impulse control isn’t my strong suit.
Believe it or not it’s black; minimal head. Maybe I don’t know how to pour beer. I’m only 22. Smells like malts, & a bit of bourbon. Eh.
Dead King – Barrel Aged is pretty standard. There’s sweetness, there’s a touch of roast, & an earthy, low-brow nip of bourbon. Thinnish.
Don’t have much to say about this. It’s on the lower end of a routine barrel aged stout – no great, not bad, just…fine. Pretty good brew.

Pours a dark mahogany color with a fresh mochs head . smell has roasted malts coffee and chocolate . Taste has roasted malts slight barrel of wood and whiskey ,vanilla coffee and roast . Mouth feel is thin as is the barrel, thought it was lacking for a BA Stout.
