Crowler filled 1/23/24 into a shaker pint glass.
L: SRM 3.5 pours a dull gold color with a 1/2" crusty rocky and slightly soapy white head that recedes to edge foam, low carbo, light sticky lacing.
S: Cereal grains, caramelized malts, distant fruit.
T: Caramelized malts, biscuit, melon rind, a hint of yeast, distant pear, a light vinous taste, very gently sweet.
F: Smooth medium-bodied feel with a medium length lightly drying finish.
O: Very tasty and has more body than a trad session ales. On the malty side and quite easy to drink. Beers from Wabasha are generally fairly malty in comparison to many other beers. It is very good in its style.
