Crowler shared into shaker pint glasses.
L: Pours clear medium yellow color with a 1/2" frothy and slightly soapy white head, light steady carbo, head recedes to edge froth, medium scattered lacing.
S: Cereal grains, a hint of fruit, a light bready note, caramelization.
T: Pilsner malts, yeast, pear, an orchard fruits halo, distant apple notes, very gentle sweetness, a crackery biscuit bread note. Not much aftertaste.
F: Gently crisp medium-light bodied feel with a medium-short lightly dry finish.
O: A very tasty, easy drinking, and refreshing Pils. It leans malty and has subtle fruit notes. It is very good in its style.
