Had on draft 5/2/15 at the brewery
Served in a mason jar pint !
Light brown/near translucent.. small 1/4 finger head. Leaves very light lacing.
Cracker and biscuit scent.. bready yeast.. sweet brown sugar even. light burnt caramel.. Taste goes along with it. and as advertised the Saaz hops finish very very nicely on the bitter end.. not too bitter but just right for the style.. refreshingly balanced !
