Gently sweet moderately tart and salty with no bitterness. Big fresh raspberry aroma. Effervescent with a strong refreshing, mouth watering drinkability.

Foggy pale salmon with a sparse bubbly off-white head dying to a slick, fluid surface.
Taste is like a raspberry sherbet popsicle, complete with a hint of seediness, but very tart.
The medium body has a firm but light carbonation and finishes tingly semi-dry.

12 FL OZ can
Served in a Michigan Wolverines football pint glass
This beer pours copper colored with a rose tint to it and an ever so slight haze. It is topped with an inch of off white head that leaves no lacing.
It's a nose full of raspberries.
The taste starts out like a raspberry ale. The tartness finally creeps in on the finish and lingers a little into the aftertaste.
Medium bodied with a syrupy mouthfeel
This is not a real exciting beer from Batch. I suspect that it would be better on a hot summer day than on a dreary fall football Saturday. Regardless, Go Blue!

Poured from take-home 40 oz bottle to tulip glass. Pours a hazy, deep pink color with a finger of fizzy foam that dissappears quickly and leaves no lacing behind. Nice aromas: fruity berries, wheat, biscuit, and something funky. Flavors roll and evolve as liquid warms. Raspberry, white grape, tart tang, wheat cracker, salt, floral and earthy funkiness. Lactose sweetness gives way to salty kick and funky tartness. The balance between the three is quite nice.

12 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours slightly hazy reddish/pinkish orange color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy light pink head with good retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Nice spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of juicy/tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white wine, sea salt, coriander, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of raspberries, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, pale/wheat malts, and light-moderate coriander/salt notes; with great strength. Taste of juicy/tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white wine, sea salt, coriander, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness; light fruit tang, and coriander spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white wine, sea salt, coriander, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, fruity/acidic yeast, lastose, pale/wheat malts, and light-moderate coriander/salt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tartness, tangy fruit, and spiciness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, fairly acidic/tangy, and lightly saline/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 6.1%. Overall this is an excellent gose. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, fruity/acidic yeast, pale/wheat malts, and light-moderate coriander/salt flavors; very smooth, refreshing, and fairly crisp/clean to drink; with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish. Not overly lactic or salty. Great balance of authentic juicy raspberries, lacto, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Not as jammy as I expected, but still delicious. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.
