16 oz can dated 7/23/18 sent over from superspak! Poured into Full Sail Pint Glass.

Slightly rose tinted straw color, with a tall fluffy stark white head of 3 fingers. Huge creamy lace left behind.

Slight champagne and hay aromas with apricot aromas and what I'm supposing is pluots. Slight hay barn.

Flavor is mildly tart, with some nice sharp fruity notes - pluot - crossing plum and apricot together. Wheat malt and slight grain dust comes forward, with hints of hay/straw and white wine. Overall the flavor comes across like a cross between a light lager and a wine cooler.

Busy carbonation with a creamy, grainy profile. Slight tartness and rough grainy finish.

Overall, while I've never had pluots, this beer makes me think I'd like them. Sort of a boring beer, but the pluots make it interesting. The wheat base profile could be a little richer overall. It drinks like a light beer, with a mix-in of wine cooler or a fruit infusion. Points for originality, but it's not particularly stimulating.

16 ounce can into pint glass, canned on 7/23/2018. Pours moderate hazy/cloudy pale golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and rocky white head with amazing retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lightly tart/tangy plum, apricot, fruit skin, lemon, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of pluots, fruity yeast, pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big lightly tart/tangy plum, apricot, fruit skin, lemon, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness; and fruit/wheat tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of plum, apricot, fruit skin, lemon, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of pluots, fruity yeast, pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness and tart/tangy fruit balance; with zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitter/tartness and carbonation. High carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and lightly sticky/acidic/tangy mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.5%. Overall this is an awesome fruited American pale wheat ale! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of pluots, fruity yeast, pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the mildly bitter/tart fruit finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Juicy ripe pluots with balanced fruity American wheat yeast, pale/wheat malts, and mild earthy hops. A really enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.
